2012 ACE HARDWARE Chili Cook Off Raises $14,000!!
Top Chili Honors To 10 Barrel Brewing
The 4th Annual Chili Cook Off sponsored by Ace Hardware was held at the Athletic Club of Bend on Januray 29th, 2012. Fifteen restaurants used core ingredients donated by Sysco, and added their own special ingredients to wow the public and judges with a variety of chili concoctions entered into three categories: Traditional. Spicy, and Exotic. Chili afficionados of all ages enjoyed the 4-hour "all you can eat" event, including music from the Summit High School Jazz quartet and washing it all down with beer from Phat Matt's and 10 Barrel Brewing, and bottled water provided by Earth H2O.
